The first phase of a transformative project that will
redefine living in the Northern Hub. Our completed
Commercial Centre will be the bustling hub of one of the
fastest growing regions in Sabah. We are proud to be on the
forefront of the redevelopment of this community.
We have completed 74 block of 3-story Shoplots with 296
Units, 1 8-storey hotel which will be the regions first of
its kind built to 4 star standards with full entertainment
and banquet facilities, and 1 block of 3-storey shoplots
that segue into a food court​. This is the vanguard of our
efforts to have an impact on improving the standard of
living and the quality of life for the residents.
